Application · Intimacy

Intimacy starts with body awareness.

The pelvic floor is closely connected to the sexual organs, in women and men alike. Many people only get to know it once they consciously pay attention to it. Good Vibes trains these muscles while you sit, clothed and discreetly.

In everyday life

A topic for every life stage.

Few people talk about the pelvic floor, even though it’s constantly at work in relationships and in everyday life. These situations often bring it into focus:

  • the time after giving birth
  • menopause and the hormonal changes that come with it
  • the time after surgery in the pelvic area
  • the wish to be more aware of your own body

Background

Why the pelvic floor is part of intimacy

The pelvic floor is directly connected to the bladder, bowel and sexual organs. It plays a part in tension and relaxation throughout the pelvic area, in women and in men.

That’s why it’s one of those topics people prefer to approach calmly and without an audience. Good Vibes is made for exactly that: you stay clothed and simply sit on the chair.

What happens during HIFEM training

The intense electromagnetic stimulation causes the deep pelvic floor muscles to contract, including the parts that can hardly be engaged consciously. You sit on the chair for 28 minutes and don’t have to do anything yourself.

How you experience the training is individual. We don’t promise you a specific outcome, just a training you can get to know at your own pace.

During menopause

A lot changes in the body during menopause, including in the pelvic area. Many women pay conscious attention to their pelvic floor for the first time in this phase.

Good Vibes is training without hormones, without surgery and without medication. Whether it’s right for you is best discussed with your gynecologist as well. Many studios offer special packages for women in menopause.

For men, too

The pelvic floor is anatomically similar in women and men. That’s why Good Vibes is designed for both sexes, and the session works the same way for everyone.
