How much does pelvic floor training cost?

Pelvic floor training on the pelvic floor chair at Good Vibes starts at €34.99 for a 28-minute session. At almost all studios, the first trial session is free. Health insurance doesn’t cover the cost, you pay it yourself — and because each partner studio is an independent business, it sets its own price.

Key facts at a glance
  • At most studios, the first trial session is free — you sit for the full 28 minutes and pay nothing. One studio charges €29 for the detailed initial consultation.
  • A single session starts at €34.99. On September 18, 2026, the range across the network was between €34.99 and €50.
  • A five-session card cost between €199 and €248 on the same day.
  • Statutory health insurance doesn’t pay for any of this. It’s a service you pay for yourself.
  • Each partner studio is an independent business and sets its own price. Your studio will tell you the binding price.

All amounts are final prices, collected from the active partner studios on September 18, 2026. They are non-binding and may vary by studio.

How much does a single session cost?

A single session starts at €34.99. On September 18, 2026, we checked all publicly listed prices of our active partner studios: the cheapest single session was €34.99, the most expensive €50.

For that money you get a full 28-minute session. You stay seated in your everyday clothes; there’s no changing room and nothing to do afterwards. The appointment in your calendar is a little longer than 28 minutes, because the first time includes a conversation.

These are final prices. They are non-binding here, because each studio sets its own prices and can change them. The binding price is always the one your studio quotes.

Is the first session really free?

At 20 of the 21 studios, yes. The trial session there is free, and it’s not a shortened taster but a complete session. One studio charges €29 for the detailed initial consultation including a health history. What applies to you is on your studio’s page. You pay nothing for it and don’t have to book anything afterwards.

The reason is simple: most people can’t picture the device until they’ve sat on it once. With the trial session, you decide based on your own impression rather than on a text.

Whether your preferred studio offers the trial session is shown on its location page. There you’ll also find the phone number to book your appointment.

How a session works is explained step by step under How it works.

How much do multi-session cards cost?

Most studios offer cards covering several sessions. On September 18, 2026, a five-session card in our network cost between €199 and €248.

Larger cards are also available. Their prices vary so widely that a from–to range would confuse more than help. So we don’t give one here. Your studio will tell you the exact price.

How many sessions make sense for you is also something you discuss at the studio. We deliberately don’t name a fixed number after which something changes — nobody can seriously make that kind of promise.

How much does it cost to buy a pelvic floor chair?

We don’t sell devices to private individuals, so we don’t quote purchase prices either. Good Vibes is a network of partner studios. You go to a studio near you and sit on the chair there without buying one.

For most people, that’s also the more affordable option: a device like this is an investment for a business, not for a bathroom.

If you run a studio, a practice or a beauty salon yourself and are thinking about a device, the partner page is the right place. You get in touch there, and the terms are discussed in a conversation.

Go to the page for partner studios. How the device works is explained in our guide to the pelvic floor chair.

Does health insurance cover pelvic floor training?

No. The pelvic floor chair is a service you pay for yourself. Health insurers don’t cover the cost. You pay directly at the studio.

This applies to statutory health insurance without exception. With private insurance or a civil-servant benefits office (Beihilfe), it depends on the individual case and the plan. If you want to clarify this, ask them beforehand and get the answer in writing before you buy a card.

The same applies in Austria: the sessions are a private service, and social insurance doesn’t cover the cost.

Things are different if a doctor uses the method in their own practice. That’s then a matter between you and that practice, not between you and us.

Why do prices differ from studio to studio?

Because each of the 21 partner studios is an independent business. It’s not a Good Vibes branch but an independent company that sets its own prices — just like its opening hours and appointments.

Good Vibes doesn’t set prices for the studios. Legally, it wouldn’t even be allowed to: fixed price requirements for independent businesses are not permitted.

On top of that, there are reasons anyone who has ever run a shop will know:

  • Rent in a city center is different from rent on the outskirts.
  • A studio with long opening hours and reception staff calculates differently from a small one-person business.
  • Some studios include the consultation and the follow-up discussion in the session price, others don’t.
  • If you buy a large card, you usually pay less per session than for a single session.

That’s why this page shows a range and not a price list. A list that applies to all 21 studios doesn’t exist — it would be made up.

Where can I find my price?

On your studio’s page. Good Vibes has 21 partner studios in Germany and Austria. Each has its own page with address, opening hours, phone number and its prices.

Pick the studio near you and give them a call. The trial session costs you nothing, and afterwards you’ll know whether going further is worth it for you.

Frequently asked questions about costs

How much does pelvic floor training on the pelvic floor chair cost?

A single session starts at €34.99. On September 18, 2026, the range in our network was between €34.99 and €50 per session. Each partner studio is an independent business and sets its own price, so there’s no uniform price for all studios.

Is the first session really free?

At 20 of the 21 studios, yes. There the trial session is free: you sit on the chair for the full 28 minutes and pay nothing for it. One studio charges €29 for the detailed initial consultation including a health history — what applies to you is on your studio’s page. Afterwards, you decide in your own time whether you want to continue. Whether your preferred studio offers the trial session is shown on its location page.

How much does it cost to buy a pelvic floor chair?

We don’t quote purchase prices for the device because we don’t sell devices. Good Vibes is a network of partner studios where you can sit on the chair without buying one. If you want to acquire a chair as a business, the partner page is the right place.

Does health insurance cover the cost of pelvic floor training?

No. The pelvic floor chair is a service you pay for yourself. Statutory health insurers don’t cover the cost. With private insurance or a civil-servant benefits office (Beihilfe), it depends on the individual case; ask them beforehand and get the answer in writing. The same applies to social insurance in Austria.

Are there multi-session cards, and how much do they cost?

Most studios offer cards covering several sessions. On September 18, 2026, a five-session card in our network cost between €199 and €248. Larger cards are also available; their prices vary too much from studio to studio to give a general figure. Your studio will tell you the exact price.

Why doesn’t it cost the same at every studio?

Because each partner studio is an independent business. It sets its own prices, just as it handles its own rent, opening hours and appointments. Good Vibes doesn’t set prices for the studios. That’s why you’ll always find the binding price at the studio itself.

Where and how do I pay?

You pay directly at the studio, not through Good Vibes. Your studio will tell you which payment methods are available and what terms apply to cards. The prices on this page are final prices and non-binding; the studio’s information is always binding.
