Become a partner · Physical therapy

An offering that runs without therapist time.

The Good Vibes chair fits into a physical therapy practice like an extra station that doesn’t tie up your team. A session takes 28 minutes, your client stays fully clothed, and your therapists keep working as usual in the meantime. And for physical therapists, one big hurdle is often already out of the way: the expertise.

Space, staff, clients

How the chair fits into your practice.

Physical therapy practices have three things that matter for the chair: rooms, well-established routines and people who trust you. Plus your professional training.

Expertise through your training

The NiSV, Germany’s regulation on non-ionizing radiation, explicitly names training under the German Masseurs and Physiotherapists Act as one route to the expertise required for magnetic field applications (§ 7 (1) and (2) NiSV). We clarify with you and the manufacturer which subsection applies to the chair and whether you need anything extra.

More on NiSV training

One room is enough

One treatment room with a door, about 8 to 12 m², often already in place. You receive the exact requirements for the room and power connection in writing before you sign.

No extra staff

Explain, start, say goodbye after 28 minutes. In between, the chair runs unsupervised and your team keeps treating patients next door. The room keeps working even during downtime.

Your own self-pay offering

Your patients know you. You introduce the chair to them as a separate offering, clearly distinct from your prescribed services, with its own price list and its own communication.

Day to day

What it looks like in everyday practice.

The chair gets its own appointment type in your calendar, just like any other service. Bookings happen at the front desk, and on the first visit someone from your team briefly explains how it works. After that, the client sits for 28 minutes in everyday clothes, reads or listens to music, and nobody needs to stand beside her.

Important for a practice: Good Vibes offers the chair as training. It is not a substitute for medically prescribed treatment, and in our advertising we never link it to complaints or diagnoses. The sign says “Good Vibes Room”, not a treatment term. The same goes for the copy you receive from us as a partner.

Through the studio finder on goodvibes-studios.de, people who have never been to your practice can find you too. Inquiries from your area go to you and belong to you.

Your room

Our suggestion: The Nook.

For practices, the Nook is usually the right fit: a free treatment room, an accent wall in mint, a side table with water. If you prefer something warmer, choose the Quiet Room with wood and linen.

Honestly

What you should clarify first.

We’d rather tell you what needs doing beforehand than afterward. We help you with all of it.

  • Which subsection of the NiSV applies to the chair and whether your training counts as expertise. We clarify that together with the manufacturer.
  • The device must be reported to the competent authority before it is put into operation (§ 3 NiSV). We show you which details are required.
  • Keep your self-pay offering separate from services billed to health insurance: separate price list, separate communication. The admission recommendations for providers of prescribed remedies (Heilmittelerbringer) require spatial separation from commercial areas; check the current version with the GKV-Spitzenverband (the national association of statutory health insurers).
  • Ask about contraindications before the first session, using the form you receive from us.

General information, not legal advice. We clarify which rules apply to your business in the intro call and with the manufacturer.

Your way in

Three paths, one network.

Most practices start with Path A: one chair in the existing business.

A

Add-on

One chair in your existing space, alongside your day-to-day business.

B

In-house studio

A dedicated Good Vibes area inside your business, with its own look.

C

Your own studio

Your own Good Vibes studio, with support all the way to opening day.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Does my physical therapy training count as expertise?

In § 7, the NiSV names training under the German Masseurs and Physiotherapists Act as one route to the expertise required for magnetic field applications. We check your credentials to see which subsection applies to the chair and whether you also need a training course. This is general information, not legal advice.

Does the chair replace physical therapy?

No. The chair is a separate training offering and not a substitute for medically prescribed treatment. We keep the two clearly apart in advertising and consultations.

Can I bill the sessions to health insurance?

Good Vibes plans the offering as a self-pay service. Questions about billing and accreditation are best clarified with your billing service or tax advisor. In the intro call, we talk openly about how other practices organize the offering.

How much space do I need?

A room of about 8 to 12 m² with a door is enough for one chair. We give you the exact requirements for the room and power connection in writing before you sign anything.

How do I advertise it without breaking Germany’s health advertising law (HWG)?

You get ready-made copy, posts and flyers that describe the offering without health claims and without promises of success. That way, you don’t have to work out for yourself what is allowed.
