Everything about Good Vibes: for anyone looking for clarity before their first session, and for partners who want to understand our business model.

For users

Session and process.

How long it takes, what to wear and how many appointments are typical.

How long does a session take?

A session takes 28 minutes. You sit comfortably on the chair, fully clothed, and the technology does the rest. Many clients read or relax during the session.

Do I have to change clothes?

No. That’s one of the biggest differences from other forms of pelvic floor training. You come in your normal clothes and simply sit down on the chair. No changing room, no special gear: just sit down and you’re done.

How many sessions do I need?

A typical course is 6 to 8 sessions spaced 2 to 3 days apart. After that, maintenance sessions every 4 to 6 weeks are enough. You’ll discuss exactly what your plan looks like with your studio during the initial consultation.

Safety

Safety and suitability.

Who can use the chair, who can’t, and what you might feel after the session.

Is the device safe?

All studios work with trained staff. The session is non-invasive: you sit on the chair clothed, and there is no skin contact with electrodes. For some people, the chair is not suitable. You’ll find these exceptions in the next question.

Who should NOT use the device?

For safety reasons, Good Vibes is not suitable in the following cases: a pacemaker, ICD or other active implants · a copper or hormonal IUD (IUD/IUS) · metal implants in the pelvic area · pregnancy · acute infections or bleeding · during your period · and certain types of cancer. If in doubt, have a quick talk with your doctor or the studio before your first session. The studio routinely checks this during the initial consultation.

Are there side effects?

Some clients report mild muscle soreness after the first sessions, similar to how you feel after an intense workout. If anything feels unusual during or after a session, let the studio know.

Who is Good Vibes suitable for?

For anyone who wants to train their pelvic floor, for example after pregnancy and childbirth, during menopause or simply as a preventive measure. Men use the chair too, as do a growing number of athletes who want to train their deep stabilizing layer for lifts, jumps and recovery.

Costs

Prices and insurance.

What a session costs and who pays for it.

Does health insurance cover the costs?

Good Vibes is currently a self-pay service. Statutory health insurance funds do not cover the sessions. Some private insurers and supplementary insurance plans reimburse part of the cost, depending on your plan. If in doubt, ask your insurer directly. Some studios offer multi-session packages or installment plans; you’ll find the terms on the respective location detail page.

How much does a session cost?

Prices are set individually by each studio. Every partner practice calculates its own rates and package prices. You’ll find the exact price on the respective location detail page once you’ve selected your nearest studio in the studio finder. Depending on the region and package, single sessions usually cost between €49 and €79; multi-session packages are cheaper.

Sports

Sports and training.

For anyone who trains a lot and wants to know where the chair fits into their training.

I sometimes feel pressure pushing down when I jump or lift. Is Good Vibes right for me?

During box jumps, trampoline, horseback riding, sprints or heavy lifts, the deep layer of the pelvic floor is especially challenged. That’s exactly the layer the electromagnetic stimulation engages while you sit. If you have symptoms, please get them checked by a doctor first. Whether a session is right for you is something the studio clarifies in the initial consultation.

Can very fit athletes benefit too?

For them, too, it can be a useful addition. The deep layer of the pelvic floor is hardly engaged directly by conventional exercises, even in very well-trained people. It’s part of the system that builds intra-abdominal pressure during heavy lifts, and it closes off the core from below during jumps and sprints.

Are the glutes (buttock muscles) activated too?

Yes. The electromagnetic fields also reach deeper gluteal fibers (especially the gluteus medius and minimus), which are hard to isolate in conventional training. This complements your leg training but doesn’t replace it. Think of it as targeted activation of the hard-to-reach layers.

For partners

Partnership and business model.

Investment, training course, territorial protection, marketing: how a partnership with Good Vibes works in practice.

How do I become a Good Vibes partner?

In five clearly structured steps: intro call, training course and onboarding, studio opening, connection to the partner portal and marketing cooperation with AnimaContent. We support you from the first idea all the way to day-to-day operations.

Do I need my own premises, or can I integrate the chair into my existing studio?

Both are possible. Existing studios, practices and beauty salons can integrate the Good Vibes chair into their premises, and founders who want to start their own business are welcome too. We’ll advise you individually on the right solution.

What investment should I expect?

The amount of the investment depends on your starting point (existing studio or new business) and the package you choose. In the intro call, we go over the costs for the device, training course, marketing setup and license fees transparently, with no hidden items.

Do I get territorial protection?

Yes. As an exclusive Good Vibes partner, you secure your own territory; no other partner may open in your catchment area. That way you build a stable network without internal competition.

How does the training course work?

You complete a comprehensive training program covering technology, application, customer care and business development. The training combines online modules with hands-on, on-site instruction, so you’re fully prepared when your studio opens.

How do marketing and lead generation help me?

Through the central finder portal, end customers looking for a studio come straight to you, without you having to put a lot of effort into acquisition yourself. In addition, our marketing partner agency AnimaContent (animacontent.de) can take on the complete marketing package if you wish: ad placement (Meta/Google Ads), social media, content, local SEO and campaign management. That way you can focus on your clients while reach is continuously built up in the background.

What does the partner portal offer?

Exclusive access to the login area with a community, partner network, WhatsApp group for direct exchange, training materials, marketing templates and lead assignment from the location finder. You’re never on your own: the network shares experiences, proven processes and mutual support.

What about maintenance, service and warranty for the device?

Every Good Vibes chair is serviced regularly and is covered by the statutory warranty. Maintenance intervals, technical support and 24/7 hotline access for urgent questions are included in the partner package. If more extensive service is needed, we also provide loaner devices so your business doesn’t come to a standstill.

What sets Good Vibes apart from other franchise models?

We focus on personal support, fair territorial protection, transparent prices and a real partner network instead of an anonymous branch structure. We also offer a dedicated marketing pillar with AnimaContent: you don’t just get a device, but a complete growth infrastructure including advertising, social media and SEO.

How quickly can I get started?

After the intro call and a successful location check, the complete preparation, including training course, delivery and studio setup, usually takes 6 to 10 weeks. Then you go live with full support.
