Who Good Vibes is made for.

Four life stages, one technology. The pelvic floor is at work at every age, and in some stages it comes more into focus. Choose your topic and find out how training at Good Vibes works.

Who it’s for

For every life stage.

After childbirth

Pregnancy and childbirth place demands on the pelvic floor. Good Vibes can complement classic postnatal recovery, no earlier than 8 weeks after giving birth and after medical clearance.

During menopause

When a lot is changing in your body, the pelvic floor comes into focus too. Training without hormones or medication, which you’re welcome to coordinate with your gynecologist.

Sports and everyday life

When you run, jump, lift or laugh, the pelvic floor holds steady against the pressure. Good Vibes trains the deep supporting muscles while you sit.

For men, too

The pelvic floor isn’t just a women’s topic. In men it’s built in a similar way and comes into focus after prostate surgery, for example. In that case, training happens in consultation with your doctor.

The topics

One technology, five topics.

The pelvic floor is connected to a lot of things. These topics are at the heart of Good Vibes.

  1. Everyday support

The deep layer of the pelvic floor is involved in bladder and bowel control and can hardly be engaged consciously. Good Vibes targets it specifically.

  2. Postnatal recovery

After pregnancy and childbirth, after surgery or after a longer break: the muscles are engaged without you having to do any exercises yourself.

  3. Intimacy and body awareness

The pelvic floor is closely connected to the sexual organs, in women and men alike. A topic people like to approach discreetly.

  5. Back and posture

The pelvic floor is the lower anchor of the deep core muscles and works together with your abdomen and back.

How it works

Seated, clothed, 28 minutes.

The pelvic floor consists of three layers. The deep supporting muscles are hard to reach by consciously tensing them. The electromagnetic field of the Good Vibes chair (HIFEM) engages all three layers at the same time.

You stay clothed while you sit on the chair and don’t have to do any exercises yourself. Beforehand, your studio discusses with you whether the training is right for you and how many appointments make sense.

Before you start

Training, not treatment.

Good Vibes does not replace a medical examination or treatment. If you have symptoms, are starting after giving birth or feel unsure, talk to your doctor or your midwife first.

Good Vibes is not suitable for people with a pacemaker or metal implants in the treatment area, during pregnancy, or with an acute urinary tract infection. Your studio will advise you individually.
