Become a partner · Starting a studio

Your own studio, step by step.

Want to become self-employed or build a second source of income? With Path C, you open your own Good Vibes studio. It’s the biggest step, so it’s the one we support most closely: location, room planning, training, opening.

Space, staff, clients

What a new studio really needs.

A Good Vibes studio is designed to be small. You don’t need a big hall or a big team, but you do need a good location and some staying power.

A small storefront

About 35 to 80 m²: two to three training rooms, reception, a waiting area and, if you like, a café corner. You receive the exact requirements in writing before you sign.

Start small

The chair needs no supervision during a session. That’s why you can start with a small team and grow when the time is right.

Build your clientele

At the start, you have no regular clients. That’s why an opening campaign, a location page and a listing in the studio finder are part of Path C.

Expertise without prior experience

You don’t need industry experience. You acquire NiSV expertise (a qualification required under Germany’s NiSV regulation) in a certified training course before you open.

Day to day

Honestly: this is how it starts.

Starting a business is work. You look for premises, fit them out, complete the training course and reach out to the people in your town. We take on the part you don’t have to build alone: room planning, training, location page, opening campaign, ready-made posts and exchange with other partners.

How quickly a studio fills up depends on your location, your prices and your effort. You won’t get a promise on that from us, because there can’t be an honest one. You receive all costs in writing upfront, and sample calculations only as clearly labeled estimates with the assumptions behind them.

Before you decide, you can try the chair and, if you like, talk to partners who already run a studio. Ask them what went well and what they would do differently today.

Your room

Our suggestion: The Storefront Studio.

For a downtown launch, we designed the Storefront Studio: a lounge with a counter, two to three training rooms and a chair in the window that sparks curiosity from the sidewalk.

Sizes are planning figures. You receive the exact requirements for the room and power connection in writing before you sign.

Honestly

What you should clarify first.

We’d rather tell you what needs doing beforehand than afterward. We help you with all of it.

  • The certified NiSV training course before opening, and reporting the device to the authority (§ 3 NiSV).
  • Business registration, insurance and taxes: clarify these with your local trade office and your tax advisor.
  • Thorough advice before the contract: all documents in writing, time to review them, conversations with partners.
  • A financial cushion for the first few months, until word about the studio gets around.

General information, not legal advice. We clarify which rules apply to your business in the intro call and with the manufacturer.

Your way in

Three paths, one network.

Path C is designed for a new studio: two to three chairs and support all the way to opening day.

A

Add-on

One chair in your existing space, alongside your day-to-day business.

B

In-house studio

A dedicated Good Vibes area inside your business, with its own look.

C

Your own studio

Your own Good Vibes studio, with support all the way to opening day.

How it works

From the first call to launch.

  1. Intro call

30 minutes by video. We get to know each other and check whether your area is still available.

  2. Trial session

You try the chair yourself at the nearest partner studio.

  3. Your path

Together we decide which path fits: add-on, studio or your own studio.

  4. Contract

Clear terms, in writing. All costs are on paper before you sign.

  5. Training course

Operation, session flow, client advice and the required expertise, before your first client arrives.

  6. Launch

Your location page, social media package and studio finder listing go live.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Do I need industry experience?

No. You receive training on operation, workflow and consultation, and you acquire the required NiSV expertise before you open.

How do I find the right location?

First, we check whether your area is still available. When looking for premises, visibility, accessibility and parking help. You make the decision; we give you our honest assessment.

What does starting a studio cost?

You receive all costs in writing with the info pack after the intro call. On top of that come your own items such as rent, furnishings, insurance and a cushion for the first few months.

Do I need to register a business?

Anyone running a studio independently usually registers a business. Check with your local trade office and your tax advisor what applies in your case. This is general information, not legal advice.

How long does it take until opening?

That mainly depends on the premises and the training course. We set a realistic timeline together in the intro call.

Intro call

Let’s talk.

In the configurator, you clarify room, expertise and timeline in six short steps, and at the end your inquiry reaches us. Or request an intro call directly: 30 minutes by video, no obligation.
